Quantametron

Terms of Service

Version 2026-04-17. Effective 2026-04-17.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Quantametron, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use it

Quantametron is for parents or legal guardians of children in Grades 4–8, and those children. When you create an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are the parent or legal guardian of every child whose profile you add.
  • You consent, on behalf of those children, to the collection and use of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Kids don't create accounts of their own. They use the parent's signed-in session on a shared device.

3. Your account

You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your sign-in email, password, and parent PIN confidential.
  • Everything that happens under your account.
  • Making sure the information you provide is accurate.

Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission (support@quantametron.com).

4. Acceptable use

Using Quantametron, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything other than math tutoring for your own children.
  • Share your account with anyone outside your household.
  • Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways the product doesn't support.
  • Submit content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
  • Interfere with the service's operation (DDoS, abuse rate limits, etc.).
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

5. Invite-only preview

Quantametron is currently in invite-only private preview. Account creation requires a valid invite code. We may revoke invite codes, change eligibility, or end the preview at any time.

6. Content

Your kid's math questions, answers, and other content they generate are theirs. We use that content only to run the tutor and show you their progress, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Quantametron service itself — the code, the question catalog, the generated explanations, the branding — is ours and protected by copyright and other rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your household during the time your account is active.

7. Fees

Quantametron is currently free for private-preview households. If we introduce paid tiers, we'll give you notice before any charge and you'll get to decide whether to continue.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing the account deletes all data associated with your household within 7 days.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe continued access would cause harm, or if we end the service. We'll make reasonable effort to notify you.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

Quantametron is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the tutor's explanations will be correct in every case. It's a tutoring aid, not a replacement for a teacher. Always review important content with your child.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantametron's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free preview, is zero).

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, even if we've been told they might happen.

11. Changes to these Terms

If we materially change these Terms we'll bump the version and ask you to re-accept next time you sign in. Non-material changes will post with a new version stamp.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Quantametron is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
